Tri-Block Machine
– The machine has 3 section (rinsing section with 32 grippers , filling section with 32 nuzzles , and capping section with 10 heads for easy open cars) on single frame .
Application :
– For packing liquids without gas like water , fruit juice , yoghurt , herbal drinks , etc in 200 cc to 1000 cc glass bottles .
Specifications :
– The movement of containers in this machine is handled by special stars and guids ( change parts ) for each container .
– Filling process is done by (NO Contact) nuzzles .
– Bottles are entered the machine by an air conveyor wich can be connected to the depalletizer machine .
– The size of nuzzles dosing cup is based on the container volume .
– Bottles caps are transfered form cap sorter to containers via a cap chute .
– While bottles are moving , each bottle picks a cap form the cap chute . then each cap is pressed on the bottle by a cap pressing head, the head pressing force is adjustable .
– All the parts in contact with product is made of stainless steel 316 and the machine cladding is made of stainless steel 304 .

Output speed machine is 4000 to 12000 bottles per hour .
The machine is full automatic in operation , and is equipped with electronic control (plc) color touch screen monitor , electronic speed control (inverter) and water & air pressure control .
All electric , electronic and pneumatic equipment used in this machine are European and Japanese made .
