Carton board thickness and type depends on the product .
Characteristics :
The machine has two compartments , configuration table and automatic carton forming compartment .
In the configuration table , bottles are arranged in desired rows (maximum 4*4) and put on the carton board .
The stack of flat carton boards are placed in the carton magazine .
Carton boards are folded mechanically by bottles weight .
The machine is using Hot Melt Glue .
Glue is pumped by air pump .
After filling , end flaps of the carton are glued and pressed by pneumatic cylinders .

The speed of packing in the machine is 12 cartons per minute .
The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with electronic control (plc) Electronic speed control (frequency inverter) and touch screen monitor .
It is also equipped with control system for compressed air , glue temperature , bottle and carton board existence , and error monitoring .
All electric , electronic and pneumatic equipment used in this machine is european and japanese made .
