Shrink tray packing machine
Application :
– Wrapping of different kind of bottle with tray for products like , tomato paste , beer , youghut and pickles .
Wrapping plastic :
Polyethylene roll (PE) with 55-100 microns thickness .
Specifications :
– The machine not have configurtion table .
– Containers placed inside the carton are carried out manually .
– This machine uses two plastic roll .
– Welding and cutting nylon operations are done by welding bar .
– A carton tray is used for sewing operations by a pneumatic jack .
– In the tunnel section , the hot air flow is carried out by the blade element and the radial fan .

The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with electronic control (PLC) color touch screen monitor , electronic speed control (inverter) , water and air pressure control .
